Yes.  We specialize in creating several different custom products, such as:  columns, balustrades, entablatures, millwork & more.  Please get in touch with a Brockwell Sales Consultant to discuss your project and submit your plans.  sales@columnsdirect.com  |  980-282-8383

A product is classified as "Custom" when we manufacture it based on your exact, unique specifications.  Custom products are produced after you pay for the order.  For columns, we have the ability to fabricate them based on your overall heights and dimensions.

Slightly.  Products that are "Made to Order" signify products that have set dimensions and ones that we make after you order them.  In other words, we do not Stock that product.  This classifies it under the "Custom" category.  Custom products consist, also, of products that have not been made yet – but are made to the specifications that you provide.

We like to believe that the sky is the limit, which is why we encourage you to submit your plans to us – no matter how small or big your project is.  In general, we have the ability to create a wide spectrum of products.  In the case that we are unable to accommodate your project, we will be sure to inform you of any specific reasoning as to why we cannot.

Send us a picture with dimensions of what you would like to match.  If you have drawings – even better.  Also, we may require you to send us your current product so that we can create a mold in order to match your design exactly.

We offer several different materials – depending on which products we're creating.  For columns, we can create custom molds for fiberglass composite columns, as well as a wide selection of wood species.  When speaking with a Brockwell Sales Consultant, please specify what materials you are interested in, and we would be more than happy to discuss the options with our production team.

In regards to creating your custom products, we need as much product information as possible.  Ideally, we need specific dimensions for your product(s), and if you have drawings – that is even more helpful.  It is best if you speak with a Brockwell Sales Consultant, so we can ask you pertinent information about your project.  980-282-8383

When any product is Custom, it will increase the cost of your project.  Significantly?  In some instances, yes – and in some instances, no.  It all depends on the level of customization that is required for your project.  Creating a few custom ornaments will not compare to the cost of creating large fiberglass Greek Doric columns.  Regardless, the tools and equipment that is necessary for creating a custom product is a big factor in the increase of the product price.

For Signed Purchase Orders:  Before you return your signed purchase order, you must make any and all changes.  We highly recommend inspecting the details of your invoice thoroughly before signing off on it and returning it back to Brockwell Incorporated.  The ability to change your order depends on whether or not your order has been started and/or materials have been ordered for your project.  This may require additional payments.  After shipment, orders cannot be changed.

For Online Orders:  Changes / updates to your order cannot be made after our production team has started making your order.

First and foremost, our goal is to be able to accommodate your project timeline.  We excel in creating custom products with the highest level of craftsmanship and product quality, and any time we create a product from the beginning – it will take some time.  Because we strive to provide you with perfect products, we expect all of our manufacting procedures to operate with utmost care and attention.  The wait will be well worth it when you see the high-quality of our products.

Lead times will vary, depending on the custom nature of your project.  Factors that determine the lead times may include:  quantity, material, size, functionality and more.  We recommend speaking with a Brockwell Sales Consultant to receive a more accurate production timeframe for your project.

In some cases, yes – and in some cases no.  Always ask us.  If we are able to generate drawings, we will always send them to you via e-mail for your approval.

In the unlikely occurrence that you are displeased with the products you receive, we recommend that you speak with a Brockwell Sales Consultant to discuss why you are not 100% satisfied – so that we may avoid this experience from ever happening again.  Because the products are custom, we unfortunately cannot accept any returns.  They are also non-refundable.  For stock products, we will accept returns with a 25% re-stocking fee.  Before you send anything back, please speak with a Brockwell Sales Consultant to discuss the proper procedure for returning your products.

If your products were damaged in transit, please call a Brockwell Sales Consultant immediately so that we may quickly rectify the situation.  980-282-8383
