We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and Discover).  If paying by credit card, the name on the card must match the name on the invoice – or we must have a written release/authorization from the cardholder.

We also accept Certified Checks, Cashier's Checks, and Money Orders.  Please make all checks payable to "Brockwell Incorporated."

Sure.  If you're paying a deposit and would like to pay with a check and then with a credit card for your balance, then that's okay with us.  Generally, the process may be smoother if we use the same credit card information for all transactions, but we accept any of the above methods of payment.

In short, on all orders less than $5,000 full payment is required at the placement of the order.  On orders over $5,000, half of the total must be prepaid, and the balance is due before shipment unless prior arrangements have been made.

Yes.  100% secure and protected.  When you order online, all of your information (including your credit card information) is invisible to any other parties other than the cardholder and Brockwell Incorporated.  Under no circumstance will we authorize an unapproved charge.  By placing an order online, you authorize Brockwell Incorporated to charge your debit/credit card for the amount shown on the order.

It depends.  If your total order amount is above $5,000, we require at least a 50% deposit to start your order with the remaining balance due before your products ship.  If your order is less than $5,000, we do require full payment at the placement of your order before we will start producing your products.  On orders that are not paid when due, we reserve the right to charge you any late payment fees.

If your credit card payment is returned to us as "unpaid," you agree to pay a service fee of $25, along with any bank fees charged to Brockwell Incorporated, as well as, any costs for collection – in addition to any late payment fees, until the full amount is paid back to Brockwell Incorporated.  If a payment is returned, we may stop production of your order until the full amount is paid to us.

In the occurrence that you receive your products before paying the full amount of your order, we possess a signed purchase order by you, along with a duplicate record of your invoice – which will serve as our legal claim for repossession of the products.

For Signed Purchase Orders:  Before you return your signed purchase order, you must make any and all changes.  We highly recommend inspecting the details of your invoice thoroughly before signing off on it and returning it back to Brockwell Incorporated.  The ability to change your order depends on whether or not your order has been started and/or materials have been ordered for your project.  This may require additional payments.  After shipment, orders cannot be changed.

For Online Orders:  Changes / updates to your order cannot be made after our production team has started making your order.

We only charge Sales Tax on orders that have a Shipping Address in the state of Georgia.

If you order online, and are located anywhere in Georgia, you will see a line item with up-to-date tax charges – which is automatically calculated online based on your county tax rates from your Shipping Address.

If you receive an estimate from us, and are located anywhere in Georgia, you will see a line item with up-to-date tax charges – which we calculate based on your county tax rates from your Shipping Address.

We do not charge Sales Tax anywhere else in the country or world.
