Each product line has a specific warranty.  We recommend finding the product warranty you are interested in on our Warranties Page.  For some products, we offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty.  Some products we do not provide a warranty, and for others, we provide a specific number of years.

Yes.  There are some products that we do not warrant.  A few examples are our Composition ("Compo") products, simply because we make them to order.  They must properly be installed and cared for by you, upon receipt.  Please review each warranty to learn more about each product.

All of our warranties are subject to these conditions:

1.)  Our warranties do not cover the cost of removal, installation, or re-installation of the product.

2.)  Our warranties are effective only if the product sold is purchased and utilized in the United States.

3.)  We must authorize all servicers of our products who perform a service on our products.

4.)  You must provide proof of purchase.  Please keep your bill of sales for your personal records.

We warrant that all of our products will be free from manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials for each specified period of time.

Our warranties do not cover:

Damage, defects, natural expansion due to heat or humidity, alterations, failure caused by abuse or misuse, fire, water, or erosion, failure to follow manufacturer's instructions, insects, abrasives, negligence, improper or incorrectly exhibited maintenance or repair, vandalism, improper storage, improper installation (all variations of installation), any Acts of God, or any application of harmful chemicals.

At no cost to you, we will repair or replace the specified product if it fails under a warranted condition.  We reserve the right to replace your product with the same product or with another compatible product of equal or higher worth.  We will also pay for shipping costs (reasonably) for your products to be transported to a warranty repair facility if you so choose.

Yes, but only with a product that is comparible in nature and cost.  We reserve the right to only replace your product with the exact same product.

No.  Our product warranties only extend to the original purchaser/installer.  They terminate after the initial installation or upon the first exchange/sale of your property.
